Every Strangely Normal product is made to order — which means it exists because you wanted it, not because someone guessed you might. No warehouse, no surplus, no markdown bin. Just the thing you ordered, made when you ordered it.

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, wrong colors, or cases of general second-guessing. We’ve all been there. We cannot help with that.

What we can help with:

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right — no return required. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free reprint or a full refund.
